1. Use a Lead Magnet to Draw in a Crowd
Lead magnets or Freebies as they are sometimes called are in a sense, an exchange between you and your readers.
In exchange for your reader’s email address, you’ll offer them a high value freebie which is typically in the form of an immediately-available download.
This freebie should be juicy and mouth watering, and something your reader will not hesitate to provide their email address for.
Of course, the better and more valuable the lead magnet, the larger the number of new subscribers. If you’re struggling to come up with a lead magnet, ask yourself these two questions:
- What types of products/information are the readers in my niche looking for?
- How can I add the most value possible?
With the answers to these questions, you can create a truly attractive lead magnet that will increase subscriber numbers and build your email list.
